Ohso Good Chocolate
They honestly should have called it Oh My Good it's so lush chocolate and I can't believe it's only 3 syns for a 13.5 gr but I can see that name might have been too long.
The Ohso Good bar with no added sugar comes in 3 different flavours: lemon, raspberry and original.
I bought the three flavours but at £3.99, they are a bit of an investment. Now are they worth it? No question about it...Yes
I tried the lemon one as soon as they arrived. I'm not too keen on dark chocolate as it reminds me the bitter chocolate (85%) that my mum used to give us as kids (Hell it could put hair on your chest). But I was pleasantly surprised by the little bar of lemon chocolate, to me it tasted just like chocolate and lemon curd, which I love. Did I had to go and check the wrapper again to make sure it was only 3 syns? Yes, I did... because honestly something that good can't be just 3 syns. It did curb my chocolate craving.
3 Syns/Bar
Ohso Good have a promotion at the moment buy 4 packs and get free delivery. If you use the code slimming25 you get 25% off.
P.s:
It's also worth noting that the normal chocolate and orange bar is only 3.5 syns/bar.

Porky lights part 2 🐷
Received my Porky parcel today. I was very excited to open it and see my packs of sausages.

Even went through the house to show them to the builders (and yes.... they now all agree that I'm mad as s box of frogs, think they were just going for weird before this).
As it was lunch time, I decided to cook 3 and have a sausage sandwich with a dash of ketchup.
I followed the instructions and cut them in half lengthways, my first thought was I don't think I cooked them long enough they are still juicy, put them back for another 5 minutes in the oven, but still juicy. I tried one and they were cooked.
I throughly enjoyed my sandwich and the sausages were as I said before juicy and felt like a proper butchers sausage when biting them.

Porky lights at last
Good news Peeps,
Porky lights maker have now a shop online.
The Elusive sausage is becoming real for me , after visiting a lot of stores ( I when I say a lot I mean 7, even travelled 30 miles to the biggest Asda store in Milton Keynes) and still could not find them.
So I got the Grail of sausages, woohoo, can't wait. I have to be honest the shipping price was a bit stiff, £7.50 if buying under £50. I bought 5 packs of it which came up to, with the shipping, £21.
I am now hoping they are well worth it....

Sweet freedom
Sainsbury's is having a promotion on sweet freedom £2.50. I managed to find the choc shot coconut and the regular choc shot. The orange choc shot can be found in Aldi at the moment.

Thank you Mcvities
So today I got to Tesco to buy the new thins. At work the girls and I had the Oreo thins. We were all surprised than such a small, or more like thin, could pack the same taste as a whole regular size biscuit. At 1.5 syns each they are well worth it. Each packet contains 2 packs which could also limit the damage. Except for the digestive which are coming in one pack....Oh dear, will power required!!
Tesco as a promotion on the Oreo thins at the moment only 54p, the others are sadly a bit more pricey at £1.59.

My life saver this week
My diet saving food this week is definitely Kingsmill whole meal no crust bread. 3 slices for healthy b!!!!
I usually use two, toasted, for a sandwich and the third one for a sweet toast, used it with PB2 chocolate peanut powder and banana.
New sweet freedom chocolate spread
Awesome news for chocolate spread lovers Sweet Freedom is launching a new product. A chocolate spread without the nasties in it and with less calories.
This product will be on Asda's shelves from the 20th of January.
Can't wait 😊

Morphy Richards Spiralizer
Yesterday, I bought a spiralizer. I already had a manual one but I found myself using it less and less as 1/ I don't have a proper kitchen and everything has been in boxes for the last year, 2/ it makes such a mess, particularly with courgettes and cucumbers, the water coming out of the vegetables drips everywhere.
As we are coming close to Black Friday good deals and promotions are popping up everywhere, and you can bag an electric Morphy Richards spiralizer for under £35. As I'm trying to increase our speed vegetables in our plates, it made sense to buy one.

French products
This month, I bought a few products from French click (it's an internet suppliers of French goods). Sometimes I do miss some essentials from France which I can not replace with English products.
So I got some fonds, sweets and sugar free mint syrup.

Biscuits
Bought these biscuits in Aldi. There are 1.5 Syns per biscuit. It says on the box shortbread but don't expect them to be even close to shortbread. They are crumbly but more like a tea biscuit to me than a buttery Scottish biscuit. All of these said I actually found them good and they hit the spot with a good coffee.

Ahhhh Bisto
I found this in Tesco, in the frozen ready meal aisle. A pack of 375g is one of your five a day. I had it on Thursday night with a nice blue steak. I have to admit it does not look very appetising (see picture below) compared to other cauliflower and cheese products but it is absolutely lovely. I am not too keen on cauliflower, although it is always better than broccoli, and Bisto has made an effort here.
Oh and I forgot to say it's very low Syn.
