    Hi,
    Just checked on the Slimming World app and it says that a 3.2g sweet is 0.5 syn

    Half a syn per sweet. Lemon sherbet and cola sherbet. Lovely but ate half a packet then realised. Had to stop before any damage was done. Lucky i was at home

    I love the butterscotch eat them all the time prob is they bloat me an the wind is awful 😂😂😂
